Set up an unattended remote session via TeamViewer for Wilcom Support to access the PC

Please find out the procedure below:

1. Download and install TeamViewer
2. Run TeamViewer
3. Start a new email
4. Copy "Your ID" and paste it in the email
5. Copy "Password" and paste it in the email 
6. Go to Wilcom Support for more info.

Note: if your Windows needs login, please also put Windows login details in the email sending to Wilcom Support, just in case the PC needs to be rebooted.
